I had such a wonderful experience with Ramsbothams florist. I showed them my inspiration for the bouquet I wanted, and they absolutely nailed it, the arrangement was everything I had hoped for and more. The flowers were gorgeous, beautifully put together, and exactly what I asked for. The whole process, from choosing and explaining my vision to receiving the final bouquet, was smooth and enjoyable. Delivery was handled with great care, the bouquet arrived right on time and in perfect condition. I couldn’t be happier with the service and quality. I found the people at ramsbothams excellent and the manager excellent. The experience I had was very very helpful .my mother's sister had passed away and we were travelling to Wales for an early Monday funeral.we decided to take the flowers with us on the Sunday .the manager opened his shop for us at the most convenient time for us to collect .we were only having one lot of flowers between us but at the last minute late Friday mum said we had to get our own .the shop were most helpful and made an arrangement for us .we were about to get the flowers and both arrangements were beautiful ..thank you to all staff.we will certainly use them again ~ Sheila P

This is the second time this year that we have order bouquets from Ramsbotham Florist via the internet for very special family birthdays in Milton Keynes. On both occasions the bouquets were delivered exactly on time and in accordance with our instructions. We are more than pleased with the competitive prices and colour and freshness of the flower arrangements that were delivered. It is difficult living in Warrington, Cheshire to choose a reliable supplier situated in MK. We can highly recommend this local family business to other future customers. My other half brought me some flowers & all i can say was how amazing they were! He wasnt to sure on what he wanted, they asked what his budget was & they done the rest. After the phone call they were delivered to me within an hour…. Cannot fault them at all! We have used other florists before & non of them compare to how fresh these where. All the other places we have been too have been half dead, but not from these guys. They were a beautiful healthy bunch & cannot wait to get them in a vase! Will definitely use them again! ~ M

Ava and Alex are very professional in their assistance and recommendation when looking to get flowers for a present. I have been looking for a florist around MK, by far Ramsbothams is the best I have seen. I had to order flowers for my daughter's engagement party. Given the short time in ordering the flowers, they gave me different options to select from. The way they arranged the flowers was amazing. I picked up the flowers next day although they can deliver. First time using Ramsbothams Really last minute order for the next day and not a flower that's always kept on site. Rather then just saying yes we can do this they checked they actually could, advised that it was poss but could be delayed which was fine as I did not need to collect before 12. Phone call the next day by about 11, order ready, when collected the arrangement was just brilliant. Really happy using them and will be happy to use again when need. ~ Tim D

I received the most stunning flowers today (a lovely surprise) from my parents. Like me, they only use Ramsbotham's after I told them how one of the florists sent a picture of my flowers ahead of me collecting them, to be very sure I'd be happy! I spoke to Alex today to see if he could organise a special delivery for me, same day. He was amazing - his attention to detail was second to none. Some misunderstanding with the delivery were diligently cleared up by the customer service, which itself was punctual and in my view unexpectedly high class for what is a growing business. Only ordered 2 hours ago, requested same day delivery. They got delivered 30 minutes ago which is absolutely perfect because my friend arrives home after her surgery she will have a lovely surprise expressing how proud I am of her for being so strong through everything. I was expecting a shop at the address and wasn't sure of what to expect when I came across a house but was very impressed with my arrangement. I can say my expectations were very much exceeded. Excellent service, I called on Tuesday for a collection of 24 roses for Thursday morning and they were actually ready prior to the time agreed and on arrival I was treated with great respect and given the flowers looking beautiful and ready too be given. I rang them up on saturday morning hoping they would be able to deliver to a friend that same morning. They were extremely helpful and rang me as soon as they were delivered, on time despite being so last minute. The flowers were gorgeous, spring collection for 35 pounds plus 7 for delivery. I needed some flowers so I first went in to a supermarket and the flowers just weren't nice enough so I discovered this place and asked on the off chance if they had any ready made bouquets. luckily for me they did. My mum ordered flowers from here back in February for my birthday and they were beautiful, she order them only a day before and they made sure to have them delivered to me for my birthday.
